SmartWay Builds publishes guided projects, which we call Builds. A Build is a set of written instructions with the exact prompts and the steps in order, aimed at people who do not write code.

You do the actual building in other companies’ tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva or a spreadsheet. We are the instructions. We do not host, run, back up or take responsibility for whatever you make with them.

An account needs a working email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself. An account is for one person, and sharing a login so several people can use one membership is the one thing here we would actually close an account over.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@smartwaybuilds.io.

A free account can pick one published Build and follow the whole of it, with no card. The choice is made once and we say so before you confirm it. If you picked the wrong Build by accident, write to us and a person will reset it.

Which Builds there are to choose from changes as the library grows, but we will not start charging an account that signed up for the free version.

Membership is a recurring subscription, monthly or annual, at the prices shown on the membership page. Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that. If a price changes, it will be shown on the membership page before you are charged at the new rate.

Our refund position is described on the membership page. If a charge looks wrong, write to us and a person will read it.

Whatever you make by following a Build is yours. We claim nothing in it, we do not need a licence to it, and we would rather not see it unless you want to show us.

The Builds themselves, including the prompts and the written steps, belong to us. Use them for your own projects and your own work, at home or at your job. Do not republish them, resell them, feed the paid library into something that regenerates it, or share your login so other people can read them.

Builds send you to tools run by other companies. Those companies set their own prices, terms and privacy practices, and they change their interfaces whenever they like. When a change breaks a Build, we go back and fix it. What we cannot do is promise that a tool will still exist, still have a free tier, or still work the way the Build describes on the day you sit down.

We do not promise that a Build will make you money, save you a specific amount of time, or work perfectly first time. AI tools produce different output for different people on different days, and part of every Build is checking what came back before you rely on it.

Nothing here is professional advice. If a Build touches something with real consequences, such as money, health, or a contract, treat what the tool produces as a draft for a qualified person to look at.

We may update this page. If a change materially affects what you are paying for, we will email members before it takes effect rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
