Leaving
Leaving is as easy as joining.
Cancelling takes two clicks from your billing page. There is no email to write and no form asking you to reconsider. Access then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, so cancelling on day two of a month does not cost you the other twenty-eight days.
Your progress, your saved Builds and the ones you finished stay in your account afterwards, along with the Build you picked for free. Only the paid part of the library closes.
Refunds. If a charge looks wrong, or something went badly enough that paying for it feels unreasonable, write to support@smartwaybuilds.io and a person will read it and answer. Payments and receipts are handled by Stripe, so a refund goes back to the card that paid.
Card details go straight to our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
